hi , just started the ball rolling also, sent letters and that ,and now everything has gone very strange they have phoned me out of hours asking to ring them back, did you know that the ATL training centres are in liquidation ?

I haven't actually started a ball rolling at this stage, but will be seeking advice this week.

Got a letter through Friday telling me my course duration had elapsed... Basically "thank's for the money, see you later".

Think I may be on to a losing streak as when I called them to have a rant, they casually brought my attention to 'fine print section 3'. Makes me believe it's a common occurrence.

Ive had the same problem, just been told I had to request an extension via email to the admin team and depending on how far I am along the course depends on if I get the extension. So much for being told I can do it in my own time. Will be taking legal action if I can't continue.
