Hello everyone!

I've been asked by my boss to research cable trunking and wire basket for a job we've potentially got.

With regards to trunking and wire basket I have no experience.

Could you recommend me a brand/s and what I need to look out for?

I.e. is there a faster, easier wire basket than others?

The job itself is refitting a school, trunking for classroom and wire basket for servers.

All help is appreciated!

Thanks

Jim

Take a trip to your nearest Wholesaler and ask for some information on differing tray, basket and metal trunking manufacturers, I sure they would help.

Marshall-tufflex snakeway for the data is quick to install but looks carp. If speed is of the essence and hidden above a suspended grid ceiling or the like then it's ideal.

For trunking my personal preference is Legrand salamandre.

firstly, with trunking, it's generally singles in trunking and conduit. with tray/basket then you need sheathed cable e.g.T/E, so it's 2 different wiring systems.
