Taking on a new member of staff at the end of the month. I have been looking for a template for a vehicle handover. Cant seem to find anything of any good on google. Anyone on here have one they would like to share?

Make sure you add a section that "you are not allowed to use mobile phones whilst the engine is running in a company vechicle"

and get out of the vehicle for a smoke, even if it's pi$$ing down.

then thre's the obligatory warning notices.

1. this vehicle is wired with 3500 different colour cables. care must be taken when faffing about.

2. date of last service..... date due next service......

3. this vehicle, or parts thereof, is protected by a tracking device. test regularly by unplugging .

4.this vehicle complies with amendment 3, as it's made of metal, which, whilst being non-combustible, is easily bent.
