7 strand though, close to 7/029, so nearest eqiuvalent would be 2.5mm. diam. .s 0.2, so csa is approx. 3mm

about time i beat you to it, malcolm, LOL.but i got the last bit wrong. about the diam. and csa. ( how the f do you insert a smiley?)
