Discuss Wanted: Meggar MFT 1552 or 1553 in the For Sale and Wanted Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

I got the 1553 because of the Bluetooth function but to be honest it was a waste of money for me as I have never or will use it and as I have said before and to the megger rep the carry case is mince so i paid £28 for the Fluke case and it was well worth it so if you get a megger and need a megger case then pm me and you can have it for the postage

Thank you for your kind offer, will keep this in mind.

My 1552 is technically going spare as I no longer have a need for my own equipment.

I am open to realistic offers.

It's pretty much as new.

1553 is a waste of money apparently, i know someone who bought it specifically for the bluetooth and said it was crap. 1552 all the way, only downside is the case, clips are always falling off but megger do give out free ones.

no, it's virtually the same, but without the bluetooth.

Hi does anybody know the best place to buy one of the above machines? Find best value and selection for your MEGGER ROBIN TEST KIT METREL FLUKE MFT 1552 1553 search on eBay. World's leading marketplace.

ebay is a good place to look, but bear in mind calibration cost and if it fails calibration, it could cost a bomb to fix.
