O

Ozzie

Apologies for jumping into your forum but I wonder if any of you professionals can help me.

Anyone know of Warmhome4u in Glasgow has gone bust?

I've been waiting 10 weeks for a solar warranty repair. Today was meant to be the repair day. No one turned up, no email replies, phone just ringing out and website down. Not looking good.

Thanks for any info.

Uh oh.. I hope this isn't related but I noticed a seller on ebay with that very same name selling several multifunction testers.

Hopefully upgrading their equipment and not gone bust!

I don't believe so, just a supplier provided 10 year guarantee certificate.

Check to see if its been underwritten as if it isn't and the company has folded you may be in the poo poo, checked the website myself and as you said it doesn't seem to be up.

if you search "Seller:WarmHome4U" on EBay and click on their sold items then it looks to me that they've been selling off all their equipment.
Sorry to say but it doesn't look good. Hope it all works out for the OP.

Have you looked through your paper work for a 'insurance backed guarantee?

Website is dead, good luck with it.
