Wireless room stat and mains controls

Hi everyone I am wondering if I can control a mains 3 port valve with a wireless room stat.
The plumbers didnt advise me on this stat until the job was finished
I have had this problem before.
Can anyone help.

only problem is you need 4 core as receiver needs perm live and Neutral plus switch line from programmer and switch 'call' line to M-Vv. Plus although no where to connect it the cable should also have a cpc.
As receiver usually close to programmer I use a 5 core flex.
