Hi there,

Is it to draw the schematics yourself. If so AutoCAD Electrical can do this. The software can be quite hard to use though. Also the software is not cheap. There are usually tutorials online or on youtube to help you get started.
 
As said AutoCAD is the one for a cheaper alternative try TurboCAD much the same as AutoCAD but without the large price tag

I also use Visio for Fire alarm layouts and schematics
 
Microsoft Visio is really good!

You need to download the Professional version to have the electrical symbols and stencils in it. You can download it from MS website for free and use it for like 20-30 times for free. Easy to use as well.
