Discuss Wonderful world of electrics in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

If you look at the height of the cars, a van wont be much higher which is still miles of those cable loops. Plus the height barrier will prevent tall vehicles entering.....

Its not a public car park. It is a storage area for Renault vehicles. They will know exactly what goes in there. No risk involved. It would be a different matter in a public access area.

Can’t believe Unitrunk have used that picture as an example of their product in use, it looks a shambles!
Basket and cables are fine above a suspended ceiling where it’s out of sight, but installed on show and in a car park!......although it’s ideal for the pigeons to nest on and sh*te on those cars.....but they are Renaults:D

just wait till a van with a rack slightly too big drives through and catches one of those loops....

Cars that tall will not be allowed in that car park, look at the beams to the right, those loops are 2 foot above the maximum height allowed.

It looks cack but that is not the fault of the basket system, it is the fault of the wiring system straddling it.

Agree, just noticed the holes in the rsj’s,surely structural damage, were not allowed to put holes in joists like that.
Also right bang in the centre....oh dear crash bang wallop put it in the family saloon.
