Hi Guys,
I've got somebody interested in having some electrical work undertaken in Leeds if anyone is interested?
British Gas have been out to do a check on a boiler and given the customer (land lady) some things that need checking:
1) Earth to Gas/Water (concrete ground floor)
2) Possible consumer unit change
3) Current earth to property (TNS) is giving high resistance value of over 100 ohms, I've told her to contact supplier to have it looked at, but I've also said a temporary earth rod may be a safer option.
