you don't necessarily need an earth spike.. it depends on the ev chargepoint being installed. They are now being made with neutral fault detection circuitry which isolate the earth in addition to the 2 poles.. eg podpoint do and i believe rolec now making them.Slightly off topic, but where is the TT earth spike going?
Deleted double postTechnically ladders may only be used for access. Ladders are not a working platform.. they don’t normally have guard rails and toe boards. An individual might legally get away with working from a ladder.if it was properly tied and fixed. See terra system. But if an employer asked an employe to do so for mor than 15 or possibly 30 minuets then it would be Deemed a clear breach of H&S regs work place regs etc. If the job can be done another way then it must be done another way
