In another post I wished them well and said they can only beat whats in front of them

In a purely football context,I can't see them or Croatia being anywhere near a good enough standard to trouble either Belgium or France

If we get passed the Croatians then the final is a one off game, on paper the winner of the French and Belgium match are favorites, but anything can happen in one match, even if we lose tommorrow we come home with credibility. The youngest side in the tournament, the whole nation behind the team, Southgate proving he deserves a long term contract, the end of the road for highly paid players who used to get into the side by name, like rooney for example, southgate will not tolorate that, he wants young fit ambitious players who are united in the same cause, this tournament has been a breath of fresh air for football, come on England.

Wednesday's match will be hard fought ................ watched by many people willing for England to come out as victors

Years back I was sat in a pub in Earls Court watching Holland play Scotland and was cheering Holland on to win when some tourist at the bar asked me why I was cheering for Holland I explained why and he replied with an "oh I see" lol

Okay here we go, 90% of the jocks are wearing croatia shirts, as are 50% of the welsh and irish, but we English will not buckle, we will stand firm, win or lose we love our country, our people and our football team, 24 hours of "what the ---- is Brexit and do we care" this is it, the nation united, Liverpool and Man U fans united, black, white, rich, poor united, religion is irrelevent, we are united, we are England, We are together, us alone verses the world, we will not Buckle, come on England, come on.

That was a shame, I even went to great lengths in rummaging around the underbelly of the internet to find a live stream so I could watch it.

I'm not much of a football fan, this is the first full game I've watched in at least 20 years but I have to say I thought England were a bit lacklustre. I thought the same about the Croatians to start with but they seemed to be a bit more eager in the second half.

I couldn't help but be optimistic after the first goal but unfortunately a disappointing result.

Was very difficult to get excited about that game,both sides were poor
The eventual result meant little more than a delay to the crowning of the French

Yes quite right, we have won the football, cricket and rugby world cups and qualified for vertually every one, the sweats couldn't qualify for a match against the women national side lol, a little bitter country full of ginger haired thistle lickers who hate the english over something that happened 900 years ago, well bollox to them
