Would you buy a used fluke multi tester

1651 & 1652 & 1662. Are Base models
1653 & 1663 are professional mid level ones
1654 & 1664FC ARE TOP IF THE RANGE
Witch shall I buy for a beginner in Domestic electrics D.E.I LIKE HOUSE RECWIRES ?? Ta DANNY of Sheffield
 
Buy the best one you can afford and make sure it comes with a current calibration certificate or that will cost you £50+ to get done...
