Pete's Videos WTF

Discuss WTF in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

Aww comments are disabled on that video, I wonder why....

Some of the other vids are shocking, he's not a fan of earth sleeving, or neat wiring.

I've got a bag of wall dawgs with the 'turners' heads and just by chance have a couple of 1/4 hex drive bits to go with them - I've popped them in the packet of fixings so they don't get lost because that would wind me up!

Interesting screws holding that rose to the ceiling. Square sceurity type. Did he video this in prison? :D
Not a security type. They are squareheads (Scrulox). Every Electrician here uses these so it would have been far more surprising if there had been posidrives or something else in there.

I was thinking mainland UK :p
Yes I don't doubt that many of the methods used here would be alien to Electricians in Britain. I remember a shopfit I did for a Scottish firm in Belfast city centre. They came across squarehead screws and wondered "WTF" they were! They were even more shocked when I was able to lift a Scrulox screwdriver straight out of my toolbox to remove them!
