If you are wanting hese documents with a view to joining a CPS, likely to can find templates from their website. I use a H&S policy and a risk assessemnt template originally downloaded from ELECSA (now merged into NICEIC).

You have to write your own for your own business, it's not so much "the" H&S Policy, but yours (or whoever you are enquiring on behalf of), and contains information pertinent to you/the business.
