Ok I've read the guides. I short it's a report not a certificate. And just because installation was done at a time of earlier regulations, it does not mean it's not safe for continued use or requires upgrading. It's down to me to determine whether this is the case or not. I'm sorry this so one thing in college that was not taught properly. Thanks for some experienced advice. Especially Trev. :)
