Hi please can you someone explain what the noise means on and how to avoid this regarding the test instrument when conducting earth loop. the manuel says to turn off rcd function but this causes the rcd to trip then i not able to proceed with test either way. any help on this matter greatly appreciated.

Please can you add a more descriptive post because at the moment your post is very unclear :thumbsup

What meter are you using? What are you trying to test? and where and under what conditions are you testing?
