Well turns out a judicial review decided the decision to jail him was made too hastily and was unlawful.

regardless of the right or wrong of his actions and whether he provokes reactions in people the decision today was spot on and correct, they basically grabbed him off the street and a judged locked him up and as the appeal judge today said they couldn't actually decide amongst themselves quite what he had done that was in contempt of court, but decided to lock him up anyway on a generic non descriptive offence.. its a good day for justice!!! he still has to face court again for it, but at least this time they will have to deal with him properly and fairly.
