Landlords own electrical remedial work
Hope this is ok and also posted in the correct section as this is my first post. As a landlord can I do my own electrical repairs/modifications or is there a legislation that prevents this. I know there is new legislation that requires a safety check every 5 years but is there a specific...www.electriciansforums.net
He replaced his own coin meter with a prepay one and did the work himself which is suspect to begin with, he is attempting to recover the labour costs for the work which I think are disproportionate to the work undertaken, hence my question.May have been an idea to add it to the other thread, people see something odd with this thread if they connect it with the other. If I read the first one correctly you are asking how much to change the meter belonging to the other landlord.
