    New build outside light

The final connection to a double insulated appliance/light/power adapter/bathroom fan heater would be with 2 core wiring. The electrical connection point where that connection is made from should have a cpc terminated and available for future use.

    Emergency Bulkhead Operation?

The starter description is not quite correct. The starter is two seperated metal contacts in a neon gas bulb. when voltage is applied the neon gas glows heating the contacts which bend towards and eventually touch allowing the current to flow. When touching the contacts cool ( no glowing gas )...

    2 spurs from a Junction Box....worried?

For those who are worried about overloading terminations by taking two spurs, each to one twin sso from one 30A joint box connected to a ring final cct. Consider a spur from a twin sso on the ring to one twin sso. If these sockets are compared to the two spurs from one joint box you will see the...

    No resistance Circuits

CERN already use zero resistance conductors for the magnets in the LHC. This link explains a bit about superconductivity, Superconductivity, Superconductivity - http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/Solids/scond.html

Cooker hood trips other circuits on fuse board: what's going on?

hello, here's a "way out there thought". If the ground and first floor sockets have any surge protection extension leads connected could the operation of the extractor hood cause a voltage transient that is causing the surge protection in the extension leads to dump the transient to earth and...
