Yeah sorry i never posted that part about the lock, the lock is getting the 12v across the contacts but when the tenant tries to release the lock its still getting the full 12v. So im guessing the lock is faulty not the lock mechanism pcb?

When the entry button is pressed i can hear a click but the lock doesn't de-activate. Im not sure where to put across on pcb. Could you see my attachment?

Another Wholesaler down.

Well in my area of Lanarkshire Scotland all the wholesaler's go to a meeting similar to our Select/ Nic monthly and ask who owes them big buck's who aint paying, who is getting abnormal amounts of equipment/ material etc etc. So they all talk to each other as it was described to me to stop this...

Mate i would go for RCBO's or if there aint a computer on the circs then main sw rcd, also depends on what the 4 circs are doing
