hand tools when your old and falling apart

I used to like the old Stanley Yankee, long before pozi's or battery drills/drivers. It's hidden away somewhere. That used to save some time first first fixing. Don't think it would be much good for richy, though...could be a bit vicious, that thing.

    UK Supplementry Bonding not connected.

The chances of any problem without the RCD are minimal, including it extremely negligible......with the supplementary, on a kin to Hannibal Lector in Silence of the Lambs...........anything is possible!!!

Can plastic trunking be used in a commercial kitchen

No problem, it’s just different experiences. When talking ‘commercial kitchens’ I’m thinking schools, restaurants, etc. Some can be pretty big and need to be.

Can plastic trunking be used in a commercial kitchen

I can’t really see what you’re point is. Well, DB at one end of 15x15m kitchen. Are you going to install umpteen conduits directly from that board to each appliance (and socket) or run one trunking around allowing for short lengths of conduit or isolation devices fixed to and fed via it?

Can plastic trunking be used in a commercial kitchen

Depends what you're supplying. I wouldn't be feeding a few 3 phase appliances and various socket outlets totally via conduit.

I agree, originally. It's been altered. It's not done that via AI.

    UK Light wiring

It looks like Red L, Black SL reversed but if other lights are affected neutral may have been broken......someone's had a go by the looks. It needs investigation IMO, the twin and earths may not be correctly identified.

    Distances for supports - AWOL?

As seems to be the norm., these days, just whacking 'the odd clip in' will probably suffice.

    RCBO curve

True. It's down to the purpose of the RCD, I suppose.
