oven/ hob diversity
Hi. Thanks for your reply. That was my thinking. My main concern is that without diversity it draws over 29amps and if both were in use could this cause the circuit to trip? I have seen other ovens with lower power that say they require a 32amp circuit. Just thinking of the Christmas Day...- jimbo86

Hi. I am installing a new Hob and oven the hob is induction 7.2kw the double oven is 6.8kw and is to be hard wired At the moment there is a 6mm 32amp supply for the hob and a dedicated oven circuit on 2.5mm and 16 amp breaker I have worked the oven with diversity to be just under 16amps.
