    Sorry havn't checked for a volt drop, take it I can put the tester on the connection at the horn and see what voltage I get when horn operated with and without head flash.

    Hi , Thank you for the reply,, I used the 12+ Wire for the factory fitted horn to power the air horn. The earth is to the bulkhead where there are other earth wires fitted.

    All wire and connections are new. With the bar disconnected there is 12v at the supply to bar, with it connected without the link in mentioned above their is 3v at the same point, there's only 1foot of cable to the light bar from that point.
