i have a led power supply says on it 220-240vac and one of the lamps that dont work states on box mr16 230v ac

Manrose extractor mr16 led bulb

I went to change the mr16 led bulb in my manrose extractor with a different make bulb both are 6w but the new bulb wont work so I bought a different one again and it wont work either . I put the old bulb back in and it works ok (I wanted to change to a cool white bulb) im baffled by this any...
