    There is no such a thing as additional bonding, and NICEIC has no such an advice either. You can call NICEIC technical helpline and ask for info. Supplimentary bonding still is required by regs unless in certain circumstances which are listed in regs and also can be found in On-Site guide.

    You don't need to be part P for PIR, you only need to be cmpetent. Part P only applies for installation and certification in dwellings, PIR is not a certificate it is only a report.
