    After looking around it seems that there is not much choice, unless I want to go wireless, and I don't. Have you any experience with Scantronic? Their 9651PD panel has a prox reader option. Cheers

    I have plenty of room, current panel is fitted in garage, so access is not a problem. After speaking to Risco, if I want proxy facility (easier for family as they don't have to remember codes ), I need to change the panel anyway so will have a look at the Castle/Pyronix system you suggested...

    Hello Telectrix, it seems you are partly correct. Have spoken to Risco, unfortunately the CP8 does not have a proxy compatible keypad available, if I want proxy facility I will have to change to CPX panel which is compatible with g-tags. Thanks for the replies. Ian
