Looks like a couple of cores chopped out of the cable to get it lugged. Let the abuse begin.

They've used a roofing bolt and it's not a roof.
i bet it i cyber wobbled the lug from side to side it would be loose

the gutter bolt on the live exposed bar and presumabely the square nut behind is a crap way of connecting a lug shall i go on

After careful consideration and a lot of thought I can now see the problem.
There's no front on the fuseboard. NOT GOOD FOR H&S.

Sorry assuming it was given the double insulated tails and how rarely you would use a single phase linking kit in an industrial environment
Isn't it behind the clear plastic cover that the warning label is stuck to?the live bar is exposed
and just possibly a case of reversed polarity re the colours. Harmonised/not harmonised.
