might be a little tighter so as the gov are wanting to stop all cash payouts at the scrap merchants. it will go down the way of proving waste traders licence and through some sort of company, nothing to do with all that extra tax they will be collecting will it :sosp:.
hopefully it might stop some of them from nicking it but i reckon it may well be a lot less crimbo beer money for the lads collecting it genuinely

Yes, I've had to get my waste carriers licence recently just so I can remove my waste cable from site.
