Found an external PIR done like this by a builder, he didn't bother with the sleeving though ruddy yeeha merchant

no brown sleeve on the blue, and back box secured with a clout nail. otherwise, what's the problem. it works, don't it? :stupid:

second hand back box too, they have cut the old CPC off at the earthing terminal haha

"Sparky" from the pub would soon have that sorted, re-sleeve the cpc with G/Y, connect to backbox and re-energise circuit!

Must be the same builder fitting fans with run on timers round mine, why use 3 core just sleeve the bear one. Wonder where he got the red sleeving from looks pretty with all those different colours though

the backbox is an original(imo) , clout nails were often used in the past into cinder block
