Guinevere was the true sword behind King Arthur the bit of metal called Excalibur was only a guise. The true name of the sword in the stone was the the sword of St Galgano

It was Excalibur, I am that old I remember having a go at pulling it out of the stone, didn't manage it but I did cop off with the nice lady with long hair, it didn't work out because she kept the sword and threw me into the lake.

Excalibur. It's buried at the bottom of my garden just to the left of the apple tree.
