Discuss How Much Does NICEIC Cost? in the Business Related area at ElectriciansForums.net

A few years ago local authorities insisted on such registration however, many policy-makers have dropped those restrictive, anti-competitive requirements and this is reflected in relative tender documentation.

Oh really?
I think perhaps another certain forum you're aware of would differ with your opinion.

Quick note here on the NA2391. Spoke to my area manager The 2391-10 city and guilds doesn't have to be re-sat every 5 years. The Napit exam (NA2391) must now be sat every three years...coming into force soon....the reason its sat every 3 years is because its open book. 2391-10 STAYS WITH YOU FOR LIFE

OH & JOIN NAPIT :D

I'm confused, 3 days ago you wrote on this thread "I'm off to the NICEIC next year I'm just grabbing my 6 months tradeing so I can go Approved Contractor."

Now it's "Join NAPIT"

Wow... look at these 7 pages!!!!!!!

I joined NAPIT in the end with a £100 discount voucher from ELEX and another discount code I had up my sleeve.

I've ended up paying £398 for my first year including VAT and first inspection.

NIC EIC , Select , Elecsa , nappit , Etc etc , why do we not have one like the gas engineers , Gas safe register ,
we could have Electric safe register or are they too many people making too much money out of it

We've done this one a few times here! ;)

Ok, bean spillage.

Napit are no longer using that part P logo and request we no longer display it. They are now using the standard Napit logo with Part P Approved Electrician below it.
