It's going to depend on the size of the part you're wanting to anodize.

Have you looked at the customer forum on the Caswell site? You might some help from the community there - Caswell Inc - https://caswellplating.com/
I believe you need something approaching a constant current source, since as aluminium anodises the surface resistance increases, so the voltage needs to increase as the anodising proceeds. The 720 Rule For Anodizing - https://caswellplating.com/720.html
