Thanks, but from a fundamental legal position, would it have been possible to provide a final completion certificate and ‘handover’ with this? Would it be builds control notifiable (if not registered with any orgs)? He’s saying that I’ve lost the paperwork - but I was never given it and this is what I’ve been left with!Jesus what a mess. You need to get a competent electrician involved, completely reinstall/replace and get the correct Certification.
Yes, I’m trying to address each of these issues to him as separate items. There are more!
