Ive been a qualified sparks since 1984, only ever worked abroad once, back in the 80's, however, a friend has asked me if I could rewire his property in Spain, what do I need certificate wise ?

You need to fill in an El Minor Worko Certifico. Also make sure you wear a Sombrero at all times when wiring, you'll look a right idiot if you don't.
