generally, though, the DB cartridge fuses are BS1361.
 
Hager do 'em and I think Clipsal as well. Had a loadof Hager ones to replace for someone who didn't like them in his DB and wanted MCB's instead.

Long story short - was on a recessed lighting (GU10's) and when his lamps were blowing it was taking the fuse with it as well. I gave him a handful of fuses, but he wanted 'em changing, so I changed 'em for him.
 
Inform your customers, that they can get FUSED GU10 bulbs.
These then don't blow fuses or better, blow dimmers.

This occurred about 4 years ago.

The original question was about BS1361 fuses in DB's and I was simply highlighting that the ones I changed were Hager - end of story.
