We have just been given the go ahead for a job we quoted some time ago where we quoted Sharp panels. And since then the new panels have come out and the Schuco rail clips now don't fit the new panels.

Can anyone recommend a mounting system that does fit the new Sharp please??

What's the problem? Panels too thick? Weird Profile?

Quick photo and we'll do our best to help..

I use the Alpha system supplied by Dulas or Solfex, just finished a job with it in Reading with 22 of the new Sharp 180s, worked fine and very easy to fit with one tool.

We still use the old Sharp clips for ours. OK they don't fit quite as well as they do with the NU180/NU185 panel but they still clamp down good and sound. It's just the width of the profile thats different. The depth of the frame is the same.

I'd stand by our systems using them. We had some of the first 245's from our supplier and use the Schuco system all the time. They sent the original clips with them then and we did notice a slight difference on how they went down but again they clamped just as tight as the other panel and I can't see how there can be much difference.
