...It's Friday night,and the advice is amusing,but some of it is of no use,if you have ever been involved in any real debt collection...

My own personal view,is,the OP has made two mistakes,the first was using " a trustworthy" subby,who left a front off...the second was the abusive e-mail.

If this only costs you £150,wipe your mouth,and consider it a cheap lesson,a good barrister costing upwards of £500/Hr.

For the amounts concerned,you will not educate a truculent customer,and,believe me when i tell you just how fast you would hand over £150,to get yer belt and shoelaces back :bobby:
 
as you have his email and basic personal details, sign him up to a few on line dating sites.


he'll get that much grief off his missus, it'll be worth the £150.
