Yep indeed I do, I actually saw them doing some of it when I popped in. It used to be a post office, it had a new floor, all new partition walls, taken back to brick. The person who owned the building insisted his mates did it.

its downrite shoddy from the off is that....

bloody birds nests of badly made off cables....knockouts gone & unblanked ways etc...
 
Yes, it's a bit of a mess, with missing covers etc, but I have seen far worse - it looks like it is possible to trace most of the cables by sight. 20 minutes would sort it out with a little bit or trunking and some covers.
No lighting RCD - a commercial premises, what is wrong with that?
