I shall recommend V15 Dyson because this is the latest model of dyson and they come with excellent features.

Given that Dyson's warranty for this product doesn't cover industrial use, how many of these £600+ vacuums might one be expected to buy in any given year?

I've seen one that was used to vacuum brick dust - no way of hiding the evidence.

I have a Karcher at home, i love it. The smaller model was great too but was horrendously loud, genuinely to the point of needing ear defenders.

Those titan hoovers are pretty beastly for the price too.

Have older, corded Dysons in my own house and in my holiday cottages, and they are excellent at their job, especially dog hairs, but I wouldn't dream of using one on site. Far too fragile. I use Henrys for that.
Many years ago, a customer of mine insisted on getting out her month old Dyson to clear up some of my mess. It was the last thing it ever cleaned up!

I have a little battery Dewalt one for tidying up after small jobs and for cleaning up after myself as I go along.
Can't fault it for what it is. It's actually surprisingly good.

No use whatsoever for hoovering a whole room or when chasing but if you get the nozzle near the SDS / Multitool it picks up most of the dust.

No, this is good, I don't know why you don't like it. I also used it for my electrical task.
