It takes a lot of balls to put pictures of your work up for public scrutiny. Constructive critique is one thing none of us is whiter than white on 100% of all jobs not than we would like to be. I think you lot are being a bit hard on Tel if he is using the correct gland out of the packet the shroud may need a bit of heat to make it a bit pliable, do you really think he is going to leave the rubbish on the floor and the cover off the other isolator.

Tel's a Scouser, I'm a Manc, taking the proverbial out of each other is what we do! :D

@ westie. i can see your point. the original plan was to cleat all 3 cables, but then it would look like the london underground track. who is to say that a cleat can't support 3 cables? the cables are adequately supported and reasonably tidy. if there was a fire, OK, they's sag, but so would all the existing singles in pvc tube sag. as said before, my original plan was to run on 3" tray, but customer declined the additional £300 cost.

@SWD.youtry putting in nice bends in XLPE at 0 deg. celcius.

@ ant. cables to loads are 6.0mm silicon flex. glanded into isolators with stuffing glands, cleated to provide extra strain relief.

I think you are missing the important bit here which is getting the brewery up and running. Appearance can be worked on later ;)
nail on head. it's ready to go. bit of tidying up to do after xmas, but will tie that in with some extra work he wants doing. he has to plumb in the pumps which are ready wired, then he's brewing.

Tel you'll find as I've noticed that the most vociferous critics never, ever post up any photos of work they've done, I rest my case.
However it's a shame that one of those side by side isolators is 5mm higher than the other. :p:D:eek:
they are not out.it's called parallax. makes them seem out.
