As a point of interest how does the third party debt collection actually work. Do they pay you the invoice cost less their costs and seek payment direct, or do they seek payment and only pay the spark when they have received the money? only ask I have never needed one yet, but but you never know...- dagrat

RCD not tripping on test
Not necessarily, I would agree on an initial verification it should be 1.67 higher, but from what the op says this is an existing installation and the low r2 is probably due to parallel earth paths so not really a problem- dagrat

Recod keeping
As tel says I think it's three years, but it's well worth keeping them a lot longer as the test results will be useful if your called back for more work or if anything goes wrong, even a few years down the line, they are evidence that you left the job safe.- dagrat
