HELP - simple question, please keep it simple

I have a replacement coming. Unfortunately though, I will never get peace of mind, because I will be always panicing about it (and other things) shutting down now because it has sent my mind into a frenzy, catastrophising the whole issue. It's why I joined here, in a desperate attempt, to try...

That's the AC adapter. And I don't think they replaced it, I just think they replaced the wii u with another wii u unit. I did try to find out. And I got this: "We do not have any indication of the accessories or other devices being replaced, as there are no reports from our engineers about...

In that case then I don't think it was a supply blip, because other devices upstaris, like my pc that I have on a lot of the time, remained on

That link is for wii, not wii u. Incidentally though, nope I never had any unlicenced accessories on it. The ac adapter could be a possibility though. I don't think nintendo replaced that, which is stupid if they didn't, if it's known to cause issues.

Would a supply blip affect everything in the house, or just in certain rooms of the house?

HELP - simple question, please keep it simple

What's the main reason people don't think it's my electrics then? Is it the fact that the console goes a while before it ever happens?

By supply do you mean to do with the console, or my electrics? I'm not very 'bright' with these types of things.

It's a wii u. The switch wouldn't even be as tragic, because it would just go into handheld mode anyway, so I wouldn't lose anything. Unlike the wii u.

That's the thing, I researched if anyone else had the problem with the console, and nobody had the same issue as me. I then sent it into Nintendo to repair it, they replaced it with a new console, and it did the same thing.

HELP - simple question, please keep it simple

When the console turned off, I don't think the TV or any other devices did, I think it was just the console. But my memory is hazy on that, but I don't remember the tv ever switching off with it.

HELP - simple question, please keep it simple

No, I don't have to do anything with the electrics. I just turn the console back on again, and it works again

HELP - simple question, please keep it simple

I have tried the console in both the 2 different sockets of outlet A. It has the same issue in each. Everything 'works' in both sockets, but the issue with the console is an unpredictable and rare issue that cannot be tested at all, so it is absolutely impossible to tell if any other devices...

Thanks. Before I saw your message, I emailed my energy provider - do you think they'd be able to send an electrician?
