    Doh!, that explains it perfectly. Thank you. Yeah that is why i was stumped, because on ebay theres a seller doing it in 3pcs -front plate, backplate and internals.

    Its the one telectrix posted. Exactly the same. As you can see the screws are located on the width of the outlet rather than the length. It definitely wont fit a single one.

    Damn, i went to TLC to grab the 45a outlet connection. But it didn't come with the backing plate. The faceplate doesn't look as though it'll screw onto the backing plate you posted. The screw holes need to be in the centre of the width rather than on the length side of it.

    Hi guys, So i've ditched my 20 year old tricity bendix cooker. Bought a new hob and a single oven and am currently in the process of getting them fitted. I currently have a dedicated cooker circuit, 32a and 6mm. Switch above the worktop and 2 outlets running off it, a hard wired one and a plug...
