    Please help with this circuit! Its not working and I have no idea why!

    Just tried it and the speed regulator blew up. It just banged and something flew off it. Well thats progress. Now I am completely baffled. I dont understand any of this. I need to know which cables go in to which part. Well it doesnt really matter any more. Nevermind.
