    Part P future with no HIPs

    With HIPs now scrapped, how would the the LABC ever find out if notifiable electrical work has been undertaken in a house without notifying them, unless something went totally wrong i.e. an electrical fire perhaps? Not that i have to worry about my sound installations causing a fire of course!;)
