    Grounding of Module Frames with transformerless inverters?

    Hi all, I heard somewhere that with the new transformerless inverters from SMA and others there is a need to ground all the modules and mounting structure. Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks!

    pv module clearances from roof edge

    Anybody know the minimum clearance required between pv module & edge of roof. MCS say 600mm, building regs is grey, one report that it is 300mm, & another company that thinks its 400mm.

    Module sizes and makes

    What size and make of modules are people generally using. using a 180w or a 230w makes a big difference to the total KWp. I'm pricing my first small job and i have space for 6 modules. I'm trying to get as high a KWp as possible for the available space. i've been looking at Schuco modules...

    2391 v 2330 inspection and testing module

    is the 2391 inspection and testing qualification regarded the same as that of the inspection and testing module as part of the level 3 2330 certificate and if so is this as difficult as the 2391 exam ?
