Got an interesting problem today, got a call out to some lights flickering on and off intermitantly we turn up have a look and they are all ok then they all turn of and take ages to strike back up (switch start flouresents) so i think supply problem check the voltage and yep 202v trace it...

began doing second fix and testing etc on a job, I changed th CU and on conection of tails and testing for voltages in the cu, (just to prove feeds thru rcd's etc prior to conecting all circuits) I found the incoming voltage was 314V.
