Thought the 2356 was just NVQ 3?? As far as I know there is no exam, its based on practicle work experience which you gather evidence for. I started it about 4 weeks ago, been working for 10 years plus and am currently writing up the most basic of tasks for the NVQ. You have to prove you can work in a safe manor, install certain kinds of cable. Assessor - "have you ever installed armoured cables?" Me - "er,yes at least once or twice a week for the last 10 years" So now I take a photo of me making of an armoured and that section done. The hard part is not falling asleep though boredom writing this stuff up.
I was wearing full PPE before started doing any work. I did a risk assessment of the cupboard I would be working in. I made the armoured of into the cable tray as shown in picture. I ensure the gland was done up tight before putting the shrou....ZZzzzz.....
