Only been going just over a year and haven’t had alot of experience in pricing that many new builds. Got 4 x 4bed new builds to price all the same spec.

4 bed (one with en-suite and dressing room, one with en-suite, other two just beds) , kitchen/family room, dining, living, utility, bathroom, double garage,
large office, boiler supply and external lights

Just wondering what rough price you guys think? I attached rough quick spec list I made

Thanks

Also alarm points to wire for future install

Your location will dictate your final price and how much you can 'get away with' charging the builder

If this is in London you could be looking at £25,000+ per build if you use good quality branded gear

Up the wet & windy north with all LAP screwfix gear you could screw this one down to £15,000 per build and still get told you are too dear

@ashbarker96 are you VAT registered? Those 4 houses would probably push you close to the VAT threshold, and newbuilds are 0% VAT rated, so would probably need to be VAT registered to have a chance of getting them.
